TALL BEERS AND SHORT SHORTS

If you are a local filmmaker, sketch comedian or media maker, Tall Beers and Short Shorts wants to hear from you.

There are two ways to submit. Our preferred way is for you to send a DV encoded .avi or .mov on a DVD.

This helps us to keep the quality of your movie the best it can be. The other method is to send us a video DVD that can play on a stand alone DVD player.

By submitting your video, film, music video, or other audiovisual work (“Work”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1) You are providing a nonexclusive license to TB + SS to present the Work at multiple times and venues of their choosing as part of the TB + SS series for one (1) year from the date of your submission.

2) The Work may not be used for any other purpose by TB + SS or its individual members either in their official capacity or for personal use.

3) Acceptance of the Work by TB + SS does not constitute an agreement to present the Work at any particular venue or presentation forum as part of TB + SS.

4) TB + SS and its employees, volunteers, interns, or any other individual associated with TB + SS are not liable for any copyright infringement of your Work that may result from a public screening of the Work, so long as those individuals are acting in their official capacity in association with TB + SS and are not the direct infringers themselves.
